Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the concern.

In eligible cases, we offer partial refunds based on the situation. Refund amounts are determined at our discretion depending on the extent of the issue.

Please note:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered are not eligible for any refund.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Custom or personalized orders are final sale.

For card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your bank statement.
